WAY TOO SMALL! SIZE WAY UP.
One of my girls wears a 13 size street shoe (child), and the other wears 3.5. I ordered jazz shoes in 13.5 and 4. My younger daughter is going to wear the size 4 which has a little room to grow, and I've just ordered a 6.5 for my older daughter. The material was pretty comfortable, but the girls said their feet were crowded and I could see the outlines of their toes.

HORRIBLE SIZED SHOE
This shoe runs so small it is laughable. I ordered up the two sizes like it said and what showed up was the smallest shoe I have seen. My three-year-old couldn't wear it, let alone my 7-year-old. If you want this shoe, order at least two or three sizes bigger than your street shoe size. So disappointed, I have ordered several shoes and items from Theatricals, but these jazz shoes were something else.

SHOES WERE GREAT - SIZE UP, BECAUSE RETURNS AREN'T
I wish they had fit because the shoes were great. By the time I paid all the fees to return them, I got back less than half of the original price.

These run so incredibly small. I ordered a half size bigger than my sons shoe size and they are about 3 sizes too small.

FELL APART MIDSEMESTER
These shoes fell apart (the interior heel came apart) mid-semester. Dancer is 7 and wears the shoes one-hour per week. Do not waste your money, the quality is so poor.

GET 1 SIZE BIGGER

So, so small. Why even size them so much smaller than street size? I can't speak much to the rest because they never made it out of the house with her. They felt durable and the stitching looked fine.

THE SMELL HORRIBLE
These worked with a size up. Not sure what it is, but they smell horrible. The smell permeates all the clothing in my daughters dance bag. Will not purchase again.

I didn't realize how small these shoes were despite having read the reviews. I should have bought 4 sizes up because there is no way these shoes will fit my daughter come September. They barely fit her now and she is in Toddler size 6 with room to spare. From Toe to heel these shoes measure only 5.5"! I should have bought a size 10 and not a size 8. Why bother to size these shoes so far off normal street shoes!

RUNS SMALL, GOOD STARTER SHOE
These do run incredibly small! Following the advice of the other reviewers, I ordered a size 13.5 for my not quite size 11 five year old. They fit her with a bit of room to grow, but are not overly big.
These are her first jazz shoes and as of right now she only needs them for a recital in two months and 1 week of camp this summer. She loves them says they are comfortable so I guess that's good.

VERY SMALL
I ordered 2 sizes up because of the sizing guide (which reccomends 1 1/2 sizes up0 and other reviews. These were still too small.

PLAN ON SIZING UP
I stock this shoe for my studio because they are a great price and quality. However, when I'm sizing I end up going at least a full 2-3 sizes above street shoe size (if you want room for kiddos to grow). If your feet have done growing, I suggest 1-1.5 sizes above street shoe. If you plan on how small they run, you can get a good shoe.

This seems like it would have been a good dance shoe, but it runs extremely small. I would suggest buying 1 whole size up. My daughter wheres a 12- i bought a 12 but should have bought a 13 because they were really tight on her.

RUNS VERY SMALL
I ordered these in a 13 for my daughter. She actually measures a 12.5 so I was sizing up a little. When these shoes came they were tiny! She could barely squeeze her feet into them. I can't believe how small these are. I will be returning for Block jazz booties.
