I need a body suit for my Grannddaughter and I am not sure what size. The sizes it show is c, ptp, s/m and large/ex-large , so what size should I order. Her chest is 25, waist 24 and hips 31.

The sizes stand for: C is child medium or large, PTP is basically adult extra small, S/M is adult small medium and L/XL is adult large and extra large. I am chest 28, waist 24 and hip 28, and the PTP was a little large on me. I would suggest the C, but only if she is a normal to petite height, as that is the biggest difference.
