My niece have a gaynor minden pointe shoes size 7 box 4 and I was wondering if these toes pads fits just fine? Anyone knows?

Wash them in cool water with some mild soap (like ivory), rinse, and turn them fabric side out to dry. Sometimes I flip them inside out while they're drying, just to make sure they get all the way dry. - Tightsup (10/03/2013)

I have had several pairs of these and worn them for a few years. I have always gotten the Large size, but they tend to slip and be too long, but they still do mostly fit... I am a 7.5/8 street size and wear a 6 C Bloch Jetstream. Will the Small be a better fit?
