PraiseHimwDance 01/16/2013 Laurel, De Age: 18 to 24 Are these used as toe separators?
I do not use them as toe seperators, but I suppose you could trim them to use them that way. I stuff them in the toe of my box then use lambs wool or gel pouch in addition. - Dancerengineer (03/04/2013)
You can use them pretty much anywhere you have pain. You can use them as toe separators thats what I do most of the time. - Ballerina125 (02/27/2014)
No, they are not necessarily toe separators but more of toe pads - anywhere you need them. A problem area for many dancers are their big toes (where most of the weight is placed on pointe) so you can put these under the tip of your big toe to absorb some of the pressure and the shock. You can also use them to cushion your feet against the toe box itself - like if the top of your big toe joint tends to rub on the box and get blisters, you can place one there and it will protect your skin. I have personally tried these and they are extraordinary! - Maxride98 (02/18/2015)
