I apologize for the confusion. This is a standard Sansha size chart. Please disregard the torso portion and just use the weight suggestion. Also, you can base it on your US clothing size. Sansha sizing is as follows:
2= US P (2-3)
3= US S (3-4)
4= US M (4-5)
5= US L (5-6)

Usually to measure torso you go between the legsup around one shoulder, but doing that my measurement is 62".
