COULDN'T GET FULL SIZE LARGER ON.
My daughter is a size 12 and thr 13 wouldn't fit past her toes. Her feet are medium width. We are going with a different shoe as this seems to run too narrow for comfort.
Thank you for choosing Discount Dance for your dancewear needs. I do understand sizing online is difficult. These particular shoes do recommend to size up 1-2 sizes. However, everyone does tend to have different shaped feet and some shoes just don't work for some people. I hope the next shoe works out better for you.

GREAT OPTION FOR NO TIE
My daughter hates the ties are her other dance shoes, so these are great option.
When I first opened the package they looked very tiny, but once of the feet they were great. She wears a size 12 and I ordered a size 1.5 but maybe could have done a 2.
Overall she is really happy with the fit.

It took 3 orders and a lot of return shipping cost to get the size right. Her foot is a hair over 7 inches and she wears a street size 12 and we ended up with an adult size 3 which is not even on the size chart. It was confusing and frustrating when it doesnt need to be with a decent size chart.

As stated by others, this shoe runs very small. I ordered two sizes to make sure we had one that fit for the recital. I'm glad others recommended 1.5 size bigger because that was the perfect size.

Got for 6 years old she wears 13/1 regular shoe size so I got 1 narrow in ballet shoe and wore once for class and made blister of back side heel, so now I've bought a second pair , size 1.5 medium width. Waiting to receive in mail hopefully fit comfortably .so they are not true to size in our situation.

BEST BALLET SHOES
These are the best ballet shoes. They are super soft and comfortable and last a long time. As others have stated, they do run small. For us, they run about 1.5 sizes smaller than our current street shoe.

PERFECT BALLET FLATS
These are perfect for my little dancer. She says they make her toes point better (she is 5). They do run a tad small but that’s clearly stated in the description. We got a size and a half bigger than street size, they are a perfect fit. The canvas cleans fairly easy which is a plus. We will defiantly be getting they next size up for when she grows.

We are vegetarian, so I wanted to buy canvas ballet shoes versus leather. I originally bought bloch "synchrony" ballet shoes that my daughter outgrew, so the next time I bought the capezio "hanami" ballet shoes. What a difference in comfort! The bloch shoes are made of thick high-quality cotton canvas and are very durable (even after 8 months, they look almost like new), but they have almost no stretch. So my daughter prefers these new capazios because they are incredibly soft, stretchy, and comfortable. We will see how durable they are after a few months, but as of now, my daughter is quite happy with them.

Love these shoes. I have my younger students wear these, they look beautiful on there feet. Most of the had to get 2.5 sizes bigger than their street shoe though. One girl out grew hers and we put building blocks in the shoe over night as far as we could stretch it and it stretched the shoe about a half size. Also, the elastic come pre-sewn which is nice for the parents.
