I absolutely love these tights. The fit is great and the material is durable. My only issue is I was sent the wrong color. I specifically clicked on the color and went back to check again, but I was still sent the wrong color.

TIGHTS...1916 < 1816
Capezio tights 1916... these tights are softer, fit well, BUT they do NOT last! These tore the 2nd time she wore them. We have never had a tear until we bought these 1916!
We usually get the Capezio 1816 and They ALWAYS Last a Long time!!! We’ve never had a tear in the 1816!
1916 will be in the trash! Money wasted!!!
Going back to 1816!!!

My daughter loves these tights for the soft waistband. It looks smooth under her leotards and she says it is the most comfortable of all styles/brands she has. They do not pull or run too easily and they hold up well after repeated (hand) washes. I always stock up on these at the beginning of each season!

Quality pair of tights, the only thing my daughter complained about was the tag in the back... she complains about the tag in EVERY piece of clothing so that has no bearing on my review. My daughter is 9-yo and 4'7", fit well, only complaint is that I was sent black when I ordered ballet pink. I chose to keep them instead of bothering with sending back as returns are always a hassle no matter where you order from.

WAISTBAND SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE
My daughter refuses to wear anything else now that she's discovered the Self Knit waistband! It's so much more comfortable, and you can tell it would be since it's just as soft as the tights themselves. And I don't think it shows under leotards as much either because it's seamless. Now just wish they made it in stirrups and fishnets and ... basically everything!! Who wouldn't want more comfortable tights?

GREAT TIGHTS; IMPROVED WAISTBAND
These are as soft as the original version (1816C) but the waistband is much more comfortable and flattering. My daughter loves these.
